This company does the work first, then only signs crucial documents that are really important to the employees and should be signed first. It's different from other good companies that sign first and then schedule a meeting with us employees. I've been through this, and let me tell you, it was a huge shock. They promised a 3-day trial period, and if it was good, they would sign what needed to be signed. In the end, it was a complete waste of time. Think carefully before you go there. I've been through it. That's why I'm warning you. But if you don't believe me, you can try it. But I'm telling you, I've warned you. Once you go in, you'll realize they're not like other companies.
