The service at this company is terrible. They don't follow up on issues, read messages but don't reply, even though I'm a resident, not a new buyer. They constantly update their page, but they still read messages without responding. Anyone considering buying from them should think carefully. When problems arise, they completely abandon you and show no interest. I have all the evidence of their indifference.

My house has several water leaks. I reported the ceiling damage and they came to repaint it. Now there's a water leak, an electrical short, and the ceiling has collapsed. When will the project management contact me to come and fix it?

It's easy to find and clearly visible, which is good. But I'd like to add it for those who are searching because the company is near the bridge, so if you go past the bridge you might have to go in another way.

The staff are very friendly and provide good service.
