The service provided to customers is extremely bad. The break time is from 11:50 AM. The cars that come first are not arranged in order. The cars that come later get the cars first.
The yard is narrow, and the traffic is jammed with people returning, picking up, and dropping off containers. It's almost impossible to find a way out. Management is poor, and with the lunch break, it's even more crowded.
The employees do not coordinate with each other. They let the customers contact each department themselves. Working in the same place should coordinate among themselves, not have the customers walk around and coordinate for them. Please ask the business owner to take care of this matter.
The area is narrow and accident-prone. Trucks are parked in all directions. There are no people to flag down cars. If you're not skilled, you shouldn't come to this area.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were attentive.
