⚠️⚠️Not on time⚠️⚠️ I booked 11:25am from Hatyai to Surat Thani to catch the next ferry to Koh Tao. At first, the staff said delay 1 hour, but still kept on delay and delay…. I have connecting journey, therefore, it is very challenging if the bus is not on time 🙈🙈 please reconsider this company if you have a connecting trip.
Connection bus was not there when we arrived, causing huge delay
The schedule was wrong. I booked a minibus but got a bus. I booked the 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM departure, but it turned out to be a 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM arrival. The time was very inaccurate.
I do not recommend using this company. I booked my ticket more than two weeks in advance, reserving a minibus and selecting my seats. On the actual day, I got a regular bus.
I booked the 9:00 AM departure time, but it actually departed at 9:28 AM. The driver was on the phone several times during the drive. The schedule said it would arrive at 2:30 PM, but it actually arrived at 3:30 PM. The quality of service has decreased significantly compared to before; I've taken this bus many times before.
