The shop owner was very nice and polite when I ordered the gate, but the after-sales service is terrible. They scheduled three visits to fix the problem, and although I let them schedule the dates and times, they made me wait all day. I called, and they said they were on their way, but after two hours, they still hadn't arrived. If they weren't going to come or fix the problem, they should have just told the customer directly, instead of making an appointment and then going silent. I was the customer who had to contact them. And to this day, no one has come to fix the problem (even though they said they would compensate me for my wasted time). Another thing is, they said the stainless steel they use won't rust, but after the first New Year's rain, rust is already starting to appear. Anyone considering using their services should be careful. Personally, I don't recommend them because I had a very bad experience.
